Terms & Conditions for Love Loop Malta

By submitting your application, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. You are expressing interest in participating in a speed-dating series that will be filmed and published publicly for commercial reasons.

• Eligibility

  • You must live in Malta or be able to attend the sessions in Malta.

  • You must be at least 18 years old.

  • Submitting your application does not guarantee participation. Only a limited number of participants will be chosen.

• Application Process

  • You must submit your name, surname, email address, phone number, and photo.

  • This information will be used to evaluate your application.

  • Selection will be based on internal criteria to provide the best possible experience for the participants and the audience.

• Recording & Publishing

  • If selected, you consent to being filmed during the sessions.

  • The recordings will be publicly published on the internet for commercial use.

  • If not selected, your data will not be filmed or used in the content.

• Data Use

  • Your data is collected to consider your participation and create content for the series.

  • Your personal information will not be used for other purposes without your consent.

• Withdrawal of Consent

  • You can withdraw your consent before filming.

  • Once the session is filmed and published, you cannot withdraw consent for the content.

• Privacy Policy
  By applying you confirm that you have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy.

• Jurisdiction
  These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Malta. If there are any disputes, they’ll be handled in Maltese courts.
